Grapes: Sangiovese Grosso (Prugnolo Gentile), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Production area: Fabro, Umbria
Harvest: hand-picked grapes
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 23-34 ° C and malolactic fermentation in barriques
Aging: in French oak barriques for 12-18 months, then in the bottle for 5-6 months

A wine of great structure and complexity.
Color: deep ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet : the nose presents a succession of ripe fruity, ethereal floral, well-balanced and balanced aromas.
Taste : on the palate it is a soft, warm, very intense and complex wine. Final with notes of vanilla and ripe fruit.
Pairing : in combination with stews, game, braised meats and aged cheeses it expresses its harmonious size.
Service: it is advisable to decant it for a few minutes before serving at a temperature of around 18 ° C.
