Murogrosso s.s.a. guarantees that all the information on the website www.murogrosso.it and on the wine and oil labels are true and in compliance with current legislation.

On the website www.murogrosso.it it is possible to consult the specific "Product Page", for each of the products offered, where it is possible to consult a general description (relative to that product) and where it is possible to download the relative wine sheet (it is present only in the Product Pages of single bottles of wine).

Murogrosso s.s.a. periodically reviews and updates the information entered on the website www.murogrosso.it and in the specific technical data sheets.

The bottles of wine offered and sold on the website www.murogrosso.it can be purchased exclusively, and without exception, by consumers over the age of 18.

The use of the website www.murogrosso.it implies the declaration by the visitor to be of age (age equal to or greater than 18 years) and the acceptance of the "Terms and Conditions", "Privacy Policy", "Legal information ".

 

Prices

All prices indicated on the website www.murogrosso.it are in € (Euro) and are inclusive of VAT.

Murogrosso s.s.a. reviews the prices of the products periodically, therefore they could be subject to temporary or definitive changes.

The shipping cost is indicated separately in the purchase process and is equal to € 9 for a purchase with an amount up to € 149.99 and € 0 for a purchase with an amount equal to or greater than € 150.

 

Shipment

The products offered and sold on the website www.murogrosso.it are shipped throughout Italy.

Shipping times are 24-72 hours for the peninsula regions and 48-96 hours for the island regions.

To protect the products sold, we use safe packaging that guarantees their integrity.

For shipments we rely on the following courier: BRT SpA

 

Payments

The only accepted payment method is: PayPal.

PayPal provides the possibility of payment both for users who own their own registered account and for users who do not have a registered account.

 

Sales contract

The sales contract is to be considered concluded when Murogrosso s.s.a receives the complete payment order form, verifies the correctness of the data and sends a purchase order receipt containing the summary of the transaction information.

By placing the order, the user declares to know and accept the Murogrosso s.s.a Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Legal Notes.

Warranty, refunds and right of withdrawal

In case of receipt of non-compliant or damaged products, Murogrosso s.s.a requests to be promptly informed by e-mail (at winery@murogrosso.it ) indicating the order number and motivating the report (possibly with photos and videos). Murogrosso s.s.a will take care to contact you as soon as the communication is received to resolve the matter.

Each customer who has placed an order on the website www.murogrosso.it can exercise his right to withdraw the order (regulated by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, "Consumer Code, pursuant to article 7 of law no. 229 of 29 July 2003 "). This withdrawal does not provide for the payment of any penalty if made within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal can only be made for intact products, which have not been opened.

To make the withdrawal and obtain a full refund of the amount paid, the customer must communicate his need for withdrawal to Murogrosso s.s.a by e-mail (to the address mail@murogrosso.it) and, only after confirmation of the latter, proceeds to send to Murogrosso s.s.a (at vocabolo Osteria snc, 05015 Fabro Scalo, TR, Italy) the products that must necessarily arrive in good condition in order for the refund to be processed.

Murogrosso s.s.a will make the refund within 30 days from the day of receipt of the products and only for the products received.

The refund will cover the cost paid by the customer relating only to the products. Both the shipping costs to receive the product and the shipping costs to send it to Murogrosso s.s.a are charged to the customer.
